Through this website: the site has no forms, accounts or comment features, so we do not ask you for personal information here. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver pages, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, and may keep it in short-term server logs for security and reliability.

When you call us: we may note the details you share, such as your name, phone number, project address, dates, headcount and access notes, so we can prepare a quote and arrange service. Giving us those details is voluntary, but we cannot quote or deliver without the location and dates.

How we use it

We use call details to respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule delivery, servicing and pickup, keep service records, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We use technical logs to keep the site secure and working. We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

Call recording

California requires everyone on a call to consent before it is recorded. If we ever record or monitor calls, we will tell you at the start of the call, and you may decline and end the call.

Cookies, storage and analytics

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and includes no analytics or advertising scripts. If you arrive from a link that carries a tracking phone number, your browser may store that number locally on your device so the same number is shown on other pages; it stays on your device and you can clear it in your browser settings. Because we do not track you across sites, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to change. If analytics, advertising or call-tracking services are added in the future, we will update this policy before they begin collecting data.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with people who help us deliver your rental (for example, drivers and service technicians), with service providers who host this website or support our business, where you ask us to, or where the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep job and quote records only as long as needed to provide service, handle disputes and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Phone carrier and device data

When you tap a phone number on this site, your device and carrier handle the call under their own policies. We do not control that.

Your choices and rights

To ask us to correct, delete or tell you what information we hold about you from a call, call (888) 570-8490. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.

California residents

To the extent California privacy law applies to us, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act. In the past 12 months we collected identifiers (such as name and phone number), commercial information (rental details) and geolocation in the form of the project address, only from the people who called us, for the purposes described above. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
